College Planning Checklist

• See your counselor as soon as possible at the beginning of senior year to discuss your post secondary options.
• Continue meeting with college reps and military recruiters.
• Continue to do campus visits and job shadows.
• During fall semester, complete your college applications.  Keep in mind college deadlines and space enrollment.
• Complete your resume.
• If you need to retake your ACT, plan to do so early in the year.
• Attend the school's financial aid workshop and complete the FAFSA.
• Apply for scholarships - continue to look online and complete local scholarship information.
• Continue to keep your grades up throughout the whole year.
