Principal's Welcome
Rib Lake High School is a great place for youth to learn and grow!
Although we are a small, rural school, we offer over 70 elective course options, including 20 college courses, Work Experiences, and academies (earning them a technical diploma while in high school). With over 20 clubs and athletic activities, there is a place for each student to belong, find their place and grow. Our local report card highlights some of the exciting aspects of our school, and our state report card highlights the academic accomplishments.
Academically, students are able to work with a guidance counselor to complete Academic and Career Planning -- trying courses in areas of interest and then pursue courses that can help further their future career plans. Socially, students are provided many opportunities to connect with their Peers through our Personalized Learning Time activities and through various social events hosted by Student Council. Emotionally, students are provided support by their classroom advisors, teachers, and the guidance counselor. For students who desire additional mental health support, a program called CARES provides a free weekly therapy option through the school.
At times, navigating the teenage years can be a challenge. At RLHS, we desire to work together with parents to help youth grow into young adults with character that are ready to pursue their dreams and contribute to the community around them.
Please reach out to Ms. Tanya in the HS Office at 715.427.3220 if you have any questions or would like to meet, and she can help to schedule a time for us to connect!
Wishing you well,
Mrs. Aimee Blomberg
RLMS/RLHS Principal
