The Rib Lake Board of Education and administrative team have spent the past year conducting an extensive long term planning effort to examine capital and operational items considering ways to improve overall safety for students and staff, lessen the school’s environmental impact, and decrease utility, operations, and maintenance costs. Initially this was done under Wisconsin's Act 32 process. The focus continues to be on providing quality, long term cost effective facility solutions for future generations of Rib Lake students. On Thursday, December 11th, 2014, the Board approved a resolution not to exceed $4 million dollars. The resolution allows the district to move forward with the approved projects to ensure student and staff safety and protect the public’s investment in district facilities.
