About The School District of Rib Lake
The School District of Rib Lake embodies a culture of excellence in rural education where every student is seen as the unique person and learner they are. Whether through community education, involvement, or partnerships, there's a strong connection between our community and school. We strive to offer quality facilities, technology, and opportunities for students while developing the whole child. Personalized learning is unique to each student. Our instruction and learning focuses on creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication.
Our students have access to a wide array of academic and extracurricular offers across our district. Proudly, twice the Rib Lake School District has had a school named as a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. Most recently in 2022, Rib Lake Elementary was one of only 297 schools in the United States to be given this honor, and just one of eight schools in Wisconsin to be recognized. Rib Lake Middle School was also named as a U.S. News and World Reports Best Middle School in 2023. This is possible with their staff and student commitment to excellence. Our High School continues the strong focus on academics while having programs like our band, choir and forensics programs being recognized as top in the state. Along with this, we offer a number of dual enrollment courses and last year we saved our students $55,116 in tuition costs.
